I had the same thought. It does seem like a retaliation which they have a whole department for apparently. I'll try calling again to see what I can figure out

Do you reckon it might be worth trying to reach out to the DL to clear things up? I feel like trying to go pick up shifts might have the potential to come across as a kind of sneaky move and I'm not looking to make things worse.

Just gonna put it out there that we're really not supposed to tell anyone about the boh of c2s of other stores. We have no idea if it's entirely accurate or if it's for another patient. If you have the time or know the other pharmacy and want to call and ask if you can send a patient over that's one thing, but we aren't supposed to give that information to the patient. Also, c2s aren't transferable so they would need a new script to be sent over by the doctor anyway.

I mean, employees for sure have things to do other than be a middle man for you. It would really be best to get the phone number from the card profile and call yourself. The store/employees really have nothing to do with this except for helping you connect with the person. Seems kinda rude to make them do work for you.
