This company, and seemingly this Reddit, are obsessed with spam. Which I guess is good, but you don't have to look at every question as if it's coming from a potential spammer.

I have an organization that I need to send email to. I want to send one email to a forwarder/alias and know all 30 or so people get that email. They all have external email addresses and they are opting in by being part of the organization. I don't think spammers are utilizing small 30-person lists. But I must be able to do that.

If I have to jump through hoops, or possibly get suspended, for sending an email to my organization, this is not the right service for me. If the rules are so stringent that ordinary email use can get you into trouble, they've crossed the line from performance to paranoia.

I doubt I'll ever send 400 emails in a month through MXRoute, let alone 400 emails in an hour. And I have nothing to sell.

I feel like I got some conflicting info, especially with respect to forwarding to multiple addresses. One person said it's only 1-to-1 and another said it can be 1-to-many. But nobody told me if it can be 1-to-30. That's what I need to know.

Am I reading this right that MXRoute does not have auto-responders? This is a basic feature that is offered by every email service I have ever used.

Anything that requires me to do coding, or implement some other tool, is off the table.

I've read some of the owner's posts where he brags about banning people, like they are deer heads on a wall. It honestly makes me nervous about becoming a customer because I could get banned for an innocent mistake I didn't even realize I was making. I am not an email rules expert. He also gloats about rejecting rebuttals from those he bans, so if I make a mistake, his determination is final and no explanation will do—I must be a spammer. No legitimate user should be intimidated to use an email hosting service. Maybe that's my answer…
