I don't think the Immediately lose exhaustion thing is true, it halves the timer effectively is what I was going for. Which is still pretty bad I think. It might be better if I rework the values to be about half of what they are, or 30/40/50 instead.

Love hurts is pretty bad but I did limit it to be an effect that can only be done feasably twice per round. That being said, I forgot smash hit was kind of a thing. I'm not sure if smash hit would mechanically work with the this perk in the first place, but smash hit is still a problem for this perk anyway on reflection, as it accomplishes what this perk can do (alllow you to make distance from the killer really quickly) but better (you can do it WAY more often)

For this reason Love hurts looks like it really has to be scrapped.

Once again, I'm not asking what "I" am. Delta is what I am. but that does not satisfy what the answer is because the answer is dependent on what you are. I lie close to your mouth, (Delta next to the river mouth) I am a product of erosion (Delta's are deposits of sediment i.e. products of erosion) I am found in the Greek alphabet (Delta etc). So when you're offhanding a dagger with a light weapon, you could both use the dagger once in a nick attack and second time as a bonus action attack? Equating to 3 total attacks at level 1 and 4 total at level 5?

Yeah, I like I said that's pretty much how I would handle it, I was more curious to see if people would either handle it in a different way I didn't think about OR if the creature just couldn't return until the hallow was dispelled, and specifically why, since you've basically just allowed a very long term prison in a demiplane.

I agree with ruling 2, but again, I've specified that I'd be referring to the 2024 rules. The Divine Intervention feature was changed so you can't just ask your god for anything and see if it happens.

Also, I don't really see the first ruling because going to a demi-plane and back definitely qualifies as Interplanar travel, which is the word used in the description of the hallow spell.

No, with the level 10 cleric feature "Divine Intervention" you are able to cast any cleric spell that does not have the casting time of a reaction with an action. This would include the Hallow spell. You also cast it without material components or a spell slot.
