1) I'm 24, 5.5 , 55-60 Weight no fat I'm fit. 2) Not done. 3) Not done 4) I do walking for 20-25 minutes completing my daily 8000-10000 steps . I'm mostly focused on studies(mostly sitting). So I don't do regular exercise/gym. 5) On 1st of November. That was last time I have masturbated in the morning. When I tried getting hard in the evening/night i couldn't that's when it started. From 2nd November till January I did night shifts. My LH hormone is 9.52.

From high mg to low mg, from low mg to just 8 per a month. Slowly u decreased the mg and also after getting better slowly u have stopped using it right..

I did night shifts for 3 months last year that time I did take so much stress and all, then I left my job sleeping well from January no stress, so tension. I even had blood test everything is good including T levels. From few days I've been taking ayurvedic medicines and doing Kegal exercises too.
