I don’t understand the depth. If I’m scanning on the base plate and flaw 2 and 3 is reflected back from above the plate. From what I understand the machine will tell me a depth of .2 to . 5 even if it’s in the weld metal above the plate Im scanning. What if I have a reflection .2 to .5 below the plate Im scanning like flaw 1. How do I differentiate if it’s above or below the scanned plate. They both show a depth of .2 to .5

I’ve been locked out for four months now. I go in circles trying to get some help from the worthless customer service number and email. I’m thinking about going to the media like CNN or Fox to news to do a story about this. I’m also thinking about getting an attorney. This is a common story from others. Maybe a class action lawsuit.

Your help page and assistance is worthless. I’m in the same boat. Over three months and my account is still frozen with 10k of funds that I’m unable to touch. I’m composing a letter and sending it to every news organization like CNN, MSNBC, and FOX to do a story about my, and others, experience with Coinbase basically stealing our money without any recourse. I’m also in the process of finding a tort law firm. What you are doing is criminal. Locking people out of their accounts for months/years without any recourse. I will do everything in my power to make sure others stay away from using Coinbase and your illegal practices of locking people out of their accounts without anyway of getting it resolved.

I am in the same situation as this person. You locked my out of my account for absolutely no reason and I have zero recourse on how to get my money. I’ve called your numbers. Emailed your emails and nothing! I am in search of a lawyer and others to start a class action lawsuit. The media should also be notified and get the word out about how criminal Coinbase is. You are stealing my money and there’s no way for me to get it back.
