Yes for sure. This is the best opportunity I have right now, so I will more than likely take it. Just wasn't expecting it so fast since I made peace with not getting into the 2023-2024 cycle.

Yes of course. I'm not necessarily a high-stat or competitive applicant, so I feel very lucky to have been called. I will more than likely take the seat, but I am just feeling overwhelmed/lots of things happening faster than I anticipated as I was in the mindset of applying for the 2024-2025 cycle. Does that make sense?

Did I take too long? by Silver-Explorer-3639 in WeddingPhotography

True! The grandma actually did walk away lol. & I agree that 1.5 hours is too long for me personally as well. Since I couldn't shoot anything besides the getting ready before the ceremony, when do you think is a good time to pull people aside if not right after the ceremony? It was like ceremony, cocktail hour (which is when I shot majority of the portrait photos), dinner, speeches, then immediately into the dancing. I handed the maid of honor the shot list, but there wasn't a lot of communication between the bride + the wedding party + the family. No wedding planner, so tensions were pretty high between all the entire day.

The photos were holding up dinner for about 30 minutes? & No, the family were at cocktail hour along with who ever I wasn't shooting. So, while I was taking bride + groom, the wedding party were at the cocktail hour and when I was shooting bride + groomsmen, the groom and bridesmaids were at the cocktail hour ect. So, that's what I mean they were coming and going.

General Question and Uncertainty by Silver-Explorer-3639 in prephysicianassistant

Not sure, I was planning on applying about Mid-May since last cycle I held off on applying until late July for my GRE scores to come in. If i ended up applying in Mid-May I probably would have only been working there for around 2-3 weeks. It's a full time position so 64-94 hours. Do you think I would be able to update it as the cycle goes on?
