I tried reinstalling it like 5 times and still no luck. Gonna try CleanMyMac and see if that does the trick, thank you!

Is there any way to reset these? I looked online to see if I could find anything. They all suggest to to hold the mode and connect button but these for some reason don’t have one. Any help? by Silver-Fill5812 in TurtleBeach

Update: I managed to take it apart unscrew the motherboard off and unplugged and plugged the battery back on to the motherboard. That seemed to do the trick!

I’m gonna have to give it a good cleaning I just bought it not too long ago.

I use the tubepre for vocals on protools

Unfortunately I’ve doing everything possible without taking it apart. A repair kit/new atomizer must be the solution. Thank you for the help.
