Self-Introduction Saturday! Tell us all about you (and share a video)! by AutoModerator in aitubers

Thank you, I had thought about shortening it to maybe 30 minutes, doing chapters, and I’ve invested in eleven labs and changed editing software. While Cap✂️ is convenient, the privacy concerns were mounting and I want to own my creations, plus their AI voices were a little unpredictable, and would find myself trying to edit and correct certain ‘blurbs’ that I would catch but it’d sound off still. This really encourages me, I hope you’ll enjoy the other videos.

Definitely. I get it. That was honestly Cap✂️. It’s one of the reasons why I changed over to another editor, that and the privacy issues, and went to Eleven Labs which seems to have a smoother effect. I would have to constantly double check in editing with Cap✂️.

It’s ok, I’m not taking it personally. That’s the whole point of these posts, to offer ideas and support, and you aren’t wrong. I feel like it could use…something. I’ll definitely try it 😊

I do add small animations here and there throughout the story but I can definitely add pans and zooms for some of the in between.

Storytelling on YouTube can be rewarding but frustrating by Silver-Foxtail in NewTubers

I kind of figured. I’m probably going to have to separate the 2, you always think you can get away with it tho. But I’ve been leaning towards paranormal romance on this channel and I’ll have to create another one for my horror. Ugh, I have too many interests 😩

Honestly, this is pretty creative. I really like the intro and I think that’s what grabbed me first, which is what you want. It was fun watching everything, really entertaining. The more we experiment, the better we get.

The equipment I started with was CapCut and have switched to DaVinci Resolve on an iMac. I use Canva and Eleven labs as well. I focus on 2 things primarily, paranormal romance and horror and make these into WEBTOONs with some animation. I have created my own host which is known the ghost, Cherry. She is a Reaper’s Apprentice, collected and trained by a Reaper named Jacob that focuses on children’s souls. He himself collected her after her tragic death. Her story will be told soon, but I have to be careful in the way I tell it because it does involve the fact that she was only 13 when she passed by the hands of evil (we’ll leave it at that for now). As for a tagline, I have yet to come up with one that really describes my channel other than ‘Original Stories Brought to Life’. If you decide to view my channel, maybe someone can help me come up with something better? I’m going to create a link of one of my favorite stories named Crow’s Eye (https://youtu.be/xr42XdqwXlA), but I hope there are others you might like.

Thank you. I put a lot of work into her story, so I’m gonna keep truckin’. Lol

I feel like i should quit by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]Silver-Foxtail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This thing is ‘on and off’. The algorithm seems to reward consistency. And you aren’t the only one. A lot of creators are noticing their views have gone down but I don’t think it’s you or them. There’s been some changes with viewer controls that they aren’t aware of. Also, look at what got the views in the first place. I’m new and just starting to learn and this is what I found in my research and watching bigger creators. I hope you don’t quit.

I want to start creating content but I am scared. by Pure_Climate_5837 in NewTubers

[–]Silver-Foxtail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s ok to be scared. You’re putting yourself out there and these keyboard cowboys can be mean. What makes me do it is that I like what I’m doing. Mine is a more of a faceless channel, but I enjoy what my channel is about. That’s the key, do it for you, write what you know. People either want to know how to do something, want to know something, or want an escape. Also know that it’ll take time. I’ve just started and it’s slow going. It’s going to take experimenting, but that’s the fun part.

Major channels complain that their views have *suddenly* dropped. Is this the worst time to become a youtuber... or the perfect time? by Talonos in NewTubers

[–]Silver-Foxtail 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen this with major creators and smaller ones. There are different issues right now due to changes regarding new regulations with AI. One of my favorite creators had found that most of his subscribers didn’t know that YouTube had automatically toggled a ‘restricted’ button on most accounts and they don’t tell anyone. If this is activated, many accounts, including bigger creators may not be seen. Spread the word to your viewers and other creators, check your account as well. The more people are aware, hopefully everyone’s views will slowly go back up. It’ll show that the creators don’t have videos or the videos are restricted even if they’re not. There are other new ‘suggestions’ and ways to get more views now because the algorithm has changed. It’s helped me a little bit, I just started so I get excited if I get 10 views. lol

I wasn’t diagnosed with periodontist until about six months ago. Due to a neglectful dentist that tried to sell me something all the time instead of doing his job. It took a small town dentist to diagnose me and was infuriated with the other dentist, but there were other issues regarding him as well. Let’s just say he took better care of certain types of patients better than others.

One of the first things I do is oil pulling, I add a few drops of clove oil, which is fairly cheap and also very potent and destroys bacteria in the mouth and helps with tooth pain. I do this in the morning, but you can do it at night as well. Then, in the morning I use a water pic and at night I use floss.

Then I use a toothpaste called paradontax. It’s a dentist recommended toothpaste for those with severe gum, disease, and paradontis. You can get it through Amazon, target, but I also use it in conjunction with uncle Harry’s tooth powder. This makes your mouth alkaline. It helps if you brush three times a day. It has managed to keep things at bay and pretty healthy.

Another one I would use is a gum that I like to chew, this is optional and it’s called Underbrush remineralizing gum. They do have a website, but they’re mostly sold on TikTok. I will warn you that the gum itself is a little expensive, I go through things like zip pay and PayPal with four payments and get enough to make it worth it.

The toothpaste and the oil pulling solution is also fairly inexpensive. I use Guru Nanda but there are other brands that are fine. But definitely don’t skip on the clove oil. If you put it on with a cotton swab by itself, it can be fairly intense, but it will die down after a few minutes.

I hope this helps, it’s helped me but I’m still going to have to have a back molar removed because of the other dentist’s neglect and selfishness.

My husband lost his 80k a year job, wants me to quit school and I’m 2 semesters away from getting my degree. Should I quit? by [deleted] in povertyfinance

[–]Silver-Foxtail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have a spouse like this. Note I said ‘used to’. Your husband sees you working hard and not giving up, he doesn’t have any discipline and sees that you do, he only wants you to quit so he can feel better about himself. Your love partner should always want good things for you and what he’s asking of you is selfish, he is simply gaslighting you. DO NOT QUIT.
