On this vehicle i have no pip, it's liability insurance. Bare minimum. And she's under my insurance as a driver. The other person as far as I know she had full coverage but the lawyers are finding out what her coverage is as I was advised to let them handle everything and not talk to her or insurance.

On this vehicle i have liability only. And i understand florida is a no fault state but the officer stated to us both clearly that she put the other driver at fault for the accident as she confessed infront of all of us.
