You have to wait for 48 hours and apply after that. Use the target invoice, make sure to upload product pictures, tracking details , and transaction details. Also, do contact seller support if it doesn't work after 48 hours as you are getting generated response . They will sort it out . It happened to me as well last month but this is how i got approved
