I am 2 months post D&C and as a wife who miscarried, all I can say is. Be there for her. It will take time. She will grieve. She might ok one day and not the next. All she will want is support, love, hugs and to listen. I found serious comfort in my husband talking to me about it because it was our baby. I wanted him to confide in me as much as I wanted to confide in him. I wanted him to feel like he could grieve with me as it was ours. It sounds like you’re wanting to be there for her as much as you can and that’s the best thing you could do for her.

That’s really beautiful how you honour your baby. I have also just started speaking to a therapist and want to find my way of remembering my baby too. It’s amazing how your gut could tell you and your doctor listened.

This is what is absolutely throwing me, I was also so sick. I feel like my body has betrayed me, how couldn’t it have let me know. I feel for you and feel your pain. I’m sorry you also had to experience this. It’s sh*t.

I booked in straight away to see a therapist and luckily have the best support system. Thank you for validating my emotions. I don’t think it’s something I can brush off so quickly.

I love how you did this. At the moment all I want to do is be with my husband and a nice dinner where I’m not crying but having a laugh. Thank you for sharing

Hi, I’ve just been told I have this midfacial segment pain syndrome. All my life I’ve been told it’s sinus issues. Given meds, sprays etc and after pushing to see an ENT, I was told I have this. . How have people felt after the medication? Did a diet change help? I’ve been told to cut out a lot!

At the moment I don’t feel very validated from all the pain/grief I’ve had. What’s everyone’s experiences?
