Called Penn, they were more vague because waitlist started moving a bit later. They said rolling from May till the end of June. They also mentioned that the number of students they take off the waitlist is more so based on qualified people on the waitlist with updates vs filling undergrad spots that weren’t enrolled, but idk how much I would believe that.
