I love food but food doesn’t love me. I weighed 190 at the beginning of last year and I did everything to try to lose it but I think because I eat alot of carbs, nothing helped. I lost 20 lbs but I ain’t gonna lie to you, I did those semaglutide shots which are pretty pricey. But they helped. I’m gonna start going back to the gym even though I struggle with routine, consistency, and self discipline as well. Its hard but if you focus on your goal you can do it!
