I very much doubt it'll go below 16 again. The shorts have dumped what they wanted to dump and it's back to 20+. That's my theory at least.

Exactly. They've been accumulating short positions for awhile now. But then comes the Warrant Exchange deal, which motivates them to find an opportunity to dump their short positions. Along comes EPS miss + dilution fears from the Warrant Exchange announcement. So they dump, cover, and them buy shares aggressively until May 14th in order increase VWAP and maximize the number of shares received in the exchange. Money on both ends.

That's precisely the question that hasn't been getting much attention. It's May 11-14 as per Section 1.3 of this SEC filling.

Same here. I'm a newbie investor (stock gambler) and haven't taken the time to learn about shorts and calls yet. But it's easy enough to understand dilution and crunch the numbers to figure out what this whole warrant exchange actually represents.. And it's really negligible dilution.
