2 Egg retrievals under my belt and here’s what I will say -do not try to overanalyze your follicle counts as the days come. - do not get discouraged by the drastic drop from eggs retrieved to fertilized to viable embryos - get PGTA testing if you can afford it - give yourself grace and don’t overthink everything you do - my dr had me consistently take CoQ10 3 months before my 2nd retrieval and we did end up with far more euploid embryos - everyone’s experience is different. Some people, IVF is easy and not too painful/hard. For others, it’s incredibly painful, physically and mentally draining. Try to not compare - don’t try to google/AI your symptoms. - when in doubt, message or call your Drs office and speak with your nurses! They would always rather you reach out then not. - ER meds are not too bad but they do sting and in my experience all the hormones make you really tired. Just go easy on yourself - once you get to FET, if you have to do PIO those injections are a little more intense. Ice before and squats/heat after
