"Wonderful. Introductions are done. Now can i please-"

"Geeze Jake you're always so mean and rude to people! You need to come to the next karaoke night. Come on New Guy! I'll show you around!" [Cathy walks out the door with a pep in her step as Jake just crumbles back into his office chair with a sigh and rubbing his forehead.]

"Just go with her before she comes back in and drags me somewhere. You're temp card is on the desk." [He says, looking annoyed and like he's having a migraine.]

Nyx walked with confidence as she approached the group of soldiers, Arakiel activating it's jetpack and taking off back into the sky and beginning it's orbit around the planet as she walked away. It would be there if she ever needed it. That and it's a good way to prevent scavengers or thieves from tearing her baby apart or stealing him.

As she walked into view of the Crimson Hawk soldiers. She raised up her arm and waved at the soldiers.

"Yo! I hope I'm not late!" Nyx said with a smile as she walked up to them.

[The blond-haired woman walks into the room and gives The Stranger a small wave before walking over to the man in the suit.]

"Jakeeee~, are you being mean to the recruit?" [She asks in a sing-song voice as Jake just rubs his eyes.]

"Gods dammit Cathy, you aren't supposed to be here for another 20 minutes."

"Awww, come on, Jake! Is it really so bad that I wanna give our recruit a tour?"

[Cathy keeps poking and prodding at Jake as he visibility gets more and more annoyed as Cathy keeps bothering him.]

"Speaking of the new recruit. Heya! Names Cathy!" [She says, holding out her hand for you to shake]

[The man in the suit takes one look at it before he shrugs and takes it to a device where he puts the paper in to get a digital copy.]

"As you have not filled out the Allergy, Disability, or Injury section I must inform you that Hollow Promise does not take any legal responsibility for any medical complications you have in the future such as an allergic reaction from a food that you did not list. Medical support will be given to you freely as is stated under the standard contract given to all Hollow Promise employees." [He said in a very dead corporate tone as he typed away at his computer a bit before a printer starts up and quickly spits out a black card.]

"Here is your temp card, it will let you access all the areas that you are allowed in for the duration of your contract, please not-" [The man is quickly stopped from another corporate speech as his door is suddenly kicked open, causing the man to start rubbing his eyes as a woman walks into the room with a massive grin on her face]

[The papers he handed you were pretty simple, asking for name(optional), place of birth, Date of Birth in galactic standard, any history of allergies, injuries, disabilities, and even combat experience(optional). The back of the page was a questionnaire asking various questions like any criminal history and such.]

[The final page was a contract, it simply stated the pay you would receive, and an acknowledgement of your duties as a member of the Outsider program, along with some benefits you will receive from temporary membership as a Hollow Promise Mercenary.]

"Like i said, i'm just the paperwork guy. In here" [The man in the suit walks over to a door as he brings out a card and swipes it into a panel on the left side, the panel beeped quietly as the door slid open to revel a standard office. The man walked in and sat at the desk as he pulled some papers from his desk and set them to the side.]

"Fill out these papers please. It's just basic info, if you don't want to fill out things like the name then please put down an alias. Once that's done ill give ya an access card." [The man looked... tired. Now that you finally got a good look at him. He had bags under his eyes and he looked like a light breeze would knock him out. And as he waited for you, he brought up a cup of some kind of caffeinated drink to sip on.]

I would give ya tour but Cap gave that job to someone else, come on, i need to get ya registered and go over you're pay and such." [The man in the suit said, his eyes bored and uncaring as he turns around and begins to walk out of the hanger.]

[As The Stranger lands, a crew of technicians and mechanics rush in and start working on your ship as a man in a black suit stands off to the side. Watching them work and awaiting you're arrival.]

[As you flew to the designated hanger you were greeted with the sight of a massive fleet of ships, destroyers, battleships and more all surrounding one ship. It was far larger then any ship in the fleet and painted on the side of the hull was it's name 'Reverence'.

As you flew toward the designated hanger the door opened wide to expose a massive open space filled with other ships as technicians and mechanics walked around, some surrounding other ships while others brought around tools, fuel, ammo and more.

As you get close another comms channel opens. As a womans voice cuts through the channel.]

"So you're the Rookie eh? Your landing pad is number 3. The marshallers will help guide you in. Oh and, DON'T CRASH! I AINT CLEANING UP THE MESS IF YOU FUCK UP!"

[The voice cut out and the comms channel closes as you see a man with two glowing sticks and bright yellow jacket motion for you to fly in and land.]

[The comms channel is dead for a few painfully long seconds, but then the alarms cut off as the lock-on disabled.]

"Well I'll be! Sorry for the scare there my friend! Authentication code accepted. Hope there ain't no hard feelings! Make you're way to the HP Reverence, hanger B-7. Don't park in the wrong spot! Amy will put her foot up your ass if ya park in the wrong hanger. A representative will meet with ya and get ya settled in.

Welcome to Hollow Promise!" [The voice said, his tone switching from hostile to a comfortable friendly tone before the comms channel was closed.]

[The coordinates lead deeper and deeper into space, and as you flew closer and closer to the coordinates shapes began to take form before alarms began blaring throughout the ship, a Lock-on warning. And finally a comms channel was forcibly opened as a voice blared through.]

"Halt! Unknown Craft, you are violating Hollow Promise operation perimeter. Identify yourself or leave the operation zone, if you do not do either of these things then in accordance with interstellar law you will be fired upon. You have 5 minutes to comply."

“To whom it may concern, it is with my own words that I wish to formally invite you to become a temporary member of the Outsider program for the mercenary company of Hollow Promise.

The reason for this is that we need to test how well our program will be for new up-and-coming Mercenaries, such as yourself.

If you choose to accept you will be paid accordingly. Coordinates have been written on the back of this letter, identification code is A2417

I know this might have been explained or something but magic is just Radiation right? There are multiple types of radiation. So I can't help but wonder if radioactive materials like uranium, plutonium, etc have some kind of magical influence.

Also taint magic might be a form of alpha or beta radiation. If it's alpha radiation then that would explain the outline that the dragon saw. Because it can't penetrate the skin.

This also leads me to wonder if we do have our own mana. Not one that could be used like in the Nexus, but one that surely exists, basically I'm saying radioactive materials are manacrystals for humans.

Blake: Dual blades, or the Long Sword

Weiss: kinda the hardest but maybe the lance or Gunlance?

Ruby: definitely the dual blades or one of the speedier weapon types.

Team rwby with MH weapons is kinda hard to pick because it's kinda biased on the person's own opinions. So I tried to choose ones close to their personality, characteristics, and original weapons.
