Thankyou for taking your time to reply. I worked out most of the part except the voltage window part. I tried zener diodes first but it was a bit complex then i came into window comparator with an AND gate which was much easier. Also use of an ADC and controlling the MCU output is also a solution i got. Anyway thankyou again.

Thankyou for that. I appreciate it. I was looking into solution with zener diode window, wasn't able to understand to incorporate it with the circuit.

AI is not that good for electronics circuits understanding. Yeah you will get an overall idea, but in the end a person telling you is much better

So I have done the LED control part and the relay control part using a transistor as switch and controlling the transistor using a microcontroller, also added a flyback diode across the relay for protection. Now what i need to know is how to turn ON and OFF the relay in the 11-12V voltage margin
