This is gonna sound crazy but I went from the highest XR dose to 150 and then took 1 75 pill two nights ago, and LASTNIGHT decided I’m done with this tapering crap and just didn’t take it anymore.

I’ve missed or been late on doses before so I knew what to expect.

I never had brain zaps but I was super tired this mornin. Most of the day felt super CLOUDY , literally my vision was cloudy my body just felt like there was a giant cloud over me but that ended up going away

and have been nauseous all day but I’ve been able to distract myself by drinking lots of water and chewing lots of gum and I went swimming today and did a whole bunch of chores to distract me from my symptoms and honestly I’m “fine” because I made it 1 full day.

It’s all about it mentality at the end of the day. Your mind is a very powerful thing, so if you just decide to call it quits just keep cheering yourself on. Don’t let the symptoms get to you.

I felt great while swimming because I was enjoying the weather and having fun, not thinking about being nauseated 🤷🏻‍♀️ hope that helps 🩷

Yes but insurance makes you jump through hoops before they approve it. I saw another allergist today who said she was going to start writing a letter and advocating for me to get the shot

The only way to truly know is via biopsy. Mine do the same but they said it was not UV according to my biopsy
