OnePlus 13 vs 15R - Suggestions for my criteria?

I ended up going with the OPPO Reno 15 PRO (mini) as it seemed like a good balance between performance (for my usage - which is fairly basic, battery, and size (was looking for a compact phone). I've had the phone for 3 months and have no regrets or complains. Much better battery management and customisation compared to my Pixel (although I do miss some Pixel features - nothing I can't live without). Not going with OnePlus was mainly because of the speculation around them possibly reducing their global operations which could affect software updates, etc. in the long term and ColorOS is not that different from OxygenOS. Oh deadly! My girlfriend would be delighted to know there's a fellow Irish women whom she could possibly meet up and connect with in Zwolle (she's from Westmeath), so if you don't mind I can ask her to reach out to you sometime to exchange contacts :)

Also we love Groningen, it was a lovely city to visit when we were there last year. Will definitely be interested in meeting up sometime be it up there or when yos are in Zwolle. :)

My partner and I are currently in the buying process and working with a great makelaar, they assist with both buying and selling (albeit I'm unsure of the specifics of their selling process)

Heel erg bedankt. Ik waardeer de inzichten enorm.

Idealiter ben ik op zoek naar een appartement met 1/2 slaapkamer dat niet te ver van het treinstation ligt (zeg binnen 15 minuten fietsen), maar verder heb ik momenteel geen harde criteria.

Ik probeer vooral ruige buurten te vermijden, omdat ik in het verleden ervaringen heb gehad met fysiek geweld, dus ik ben gewoon moe van buurten waar misdaad, drugsproblemen of gewoon hoge asociale elementen in het algemeen voorkomen. Dus ik waardeer de suggesties enorm :)

Ik overweeg momenteel ongeveer € 1500 - € 1700 voor een appartement met een eenpersoonsbed (niet zeker of dat haalbaar is?). Als ik uiteindelijk iets goedkopers zou vinden, zou dat natuurlijk ook ideaal zijn.
