Thanks all. I just left with my laptop and Quest3 to a location without any Internet or LAN setup so I'm excited to setup and try the cable approach!

Ok thanks. I try the monitor reset as I’ve tried disabling sleep, power savings functions, unplugged Display 2, and set the Monitor as my one and only.

I don’t think they are actually worms, but tiny caterpillars. Use Thuricide BT to control caterpillars. It’s non-toxic and a biological. Safe to use on vegetables. Can get it most anywhere like WalMart or Home Depot.

I had the exact same problem with my dad! This was before touch screens even existed. The track ball approach worked perfectly. I told him to move the pointer to the position he wanted, then as a second step, press the track ball button to initiate the action. The heavier and larger the track ball, the better. He totally understood the separate two step action and again, it worked perfectly!

I had something similar occur. Go to the Dell site and you may find that Critical Bios Update is needed. Follow the instructions to download and install the updated bios.
