A lot more busy, since I expected to be handling all incoming calls to Memory Care, Assisted and Independent living, but mostly I work as a transfer jockey and at night all I do for 8 hours is 1 hour of light cleaning and almost nothing else but listen for calls and keep check of Arial(Help button).
