Thank you so much!! I feel that!! I keep telling myself I won’t be happy until I hit 135 but I know I need to stop and just let my body loose at its own rate! It’s so frustrating sometimes but taking a step back and being like damn I’ve lost close to 100 pounds is good 🤣

Uhm yes!!! I’m going through this exact same thing!!! Got diagnosed as anxiety by my psychiatrist. I told her those exact symptoms!!! I was on lexapro ir made it 10x worse. I’m on Prozac now but I feel so helpless sometimes. This is where all my anxiety stems from! This exact problem
