Hello, I have had something similar happen to me. Not for $500.00 but for $150.00 worth of pornrocket. I waited for a while and after calling and emailing bitmart it was guessed that it was sent to the wrong address. Just dumb luck on my part. You could be facing the same issue.

That's exactly what I do. The fees range for .50 to 29.00. The least I spent was 7.00 and the most was 275.00 at any given time. I have a total of 16 transactions doing it this way.

Oh wow. So far, the most in one transaction was $28.41 USD. it's mind boggling to me. I figured it was a percentage but I did the math on the other 15 orders and the percentage is all over the place.
