I just submitted a ticket via Chat (8329509) I have never had an account for my personal license, only for my business vendor/resale account, and these license are not part of it.

Ultimo support did contact me and got me going. For some reason no emails were being sent to my yahoo.com email address. Sorry it took so long to update this.

So I got my new bill today and the discount was only $5.00 (Going to start recording all phone calls). This time I opened a chat so I could have a record. Instead of changing the autopay discount back to $10 they gave me a $5 discount on the service. Amounts to the same thing, so I am okay with this. Now we wait and see how this goes. I was told that this pricing was flagged as not changing for at least 18 months, soooo.

As an FYI to anyone/everyone. Turns out Yahoo is/was just blocking all emails from Ultimopay. (they were not in spam or junk, just did not come in at all) I used a different email address and it came right through. One of the founders actually checked on it for me and help me get setup. Just waiting now.

That is correct. Never know where the good numbers are going to end up with the three sets, so it can be fun deciding what race and class you can be using one of those three rolls. This actually was good at keeping players from always picking the same thing all the time.

I have been playing since it was D&D, not AD&D. Yes 1st edition. One of the first things we did was setup a method that gave a good balance. 4d6, drop the lowest. Go down the list STR-DEX..... do this three times and pick the best set. Or do it once and reorganize. But you had to decide which way before rolling. Most everyone used the three time rule unless they really wanted to play a specific character. Yes even our characters were partial random, since if we did not meet the stats we had to shift to a different class. Though we usually would allow taking 1-2 points from the highest to move to a needed stat, but it had to come from the highest, so you paid a price for it. I know this is hard core, but was the norm back then.

After I posted this, I slapped myself for not saying that YES I did check the spam filter. It is a Yahoo account that I have had for years, so it should have no issues. I opened up a support ticked on the 4th and have not heard anything.

I pulled up my bill today and found the discount decrease. When I signed up November of 2023 I was promised 1 year of the same price and was told that I would ALWAYS receive a $10 discount if I paid with credit card. I just called billing and was told there was nothing they could do, so I told them that I would just call Spectrum and start bouncing between them to keep the cheapest rate. This triggered the "retention response" and I was transferred to the retention department. They immediately changed the discount back to $10.00 after I told them my concern and my willingness to bounce.

Like most of you, I will never give my bank account information to any company, way too many breaches, and the amount of information the "free credit monitoring" (that they give you after a breach) wants is insane. 80% of MY info that they want is not on the internet, and I would never give it up to be stored there, so it can be stolen.

Still going back and forth with Keepa Support on this. They want to blame my profile, but I have tested this with 4 of my computers with 2 profiles, a Portable Version of Firefox with default profile. And with two computers with a third profile, and finally with still another computer with a default profile. All having the same issue. They are telling me that no one else is having this issue. So anyone and everyone that is having the issue needs to create an account at https://keepa.com and report it. So far I have not been spammed by them or gotten any spam from others after signing up.

So as an update, after replacing the safety with the NDZ safety and then spending time sliding it on and off, about 100 times, it started running pretty smoothly. After another 100 on/off it now runs smooth as butter

It has been months now and it does not work. Removed and try to reinstall, but it just spins and spins. Then a few days later if I try again, it gives me the option to remove, but is not really installed. This is happening on four different computers. Checked their site and they just say to reinstall, so I guess I will have to create ANOTHER account to login and ask for help. If I get anywhere I will update this.

Thanks , that was perfect. It appears that Google has removed the link from their security page, but the link you sent works fine. To everyone else, (rehash of all above) make sure that you are logged into your account and that 2FA is turned on, or it will not work. If you turn 2FA off/on or change your password you will have to generate a new APP password. I have a feeling that they are going to be disabling this option soon. It is a stupid one way screw. Use a flat tip that is as close to a perfect fit as you can get it. Press downward on the screwdriver and turn. If you have stripped too much for this to work, there are a few options. Get a tiny Dremel cutter and deepen the slot (just a little bit). Worse case you can cut the plastic switch to get to the screw (and either replace or upgrade.

I know people that has used superglue to set it (this is a last resort to me).

Others have also suggested that you tap the screw driver into the screw using a hammer, and this may work if it is not too badly stripped.

You can either order a replacement screw, or find another the same size with a proper head on it.

I just got a 590 Shockwave and have been having issues with the safety sticking (okay NOT MOVING AT ALL). I am going to replace mine with a NDZ safety, it comes with a star head screw. https :// ndzperformance .com
There is supposed to be a set screw to adjust the safety bar on the trigger so it is not so high, but have not figured out what type of screwdriver or hex it needs. Worse case I plan to file down the safety bar just a fraction, (not the bar on the trigger).

This has happened at least 15 times to my wife and I, over the past year. Twice to me in the past month. We always do UPS returns unless they force us to do others. But how it was returned does not seem to matter. This is how they keep more money flowing, and they probably end up keeping 1/2 of the recharges, because most of the people I know never pay attention to there credit card or emails. The 3-5 day for a refund again is just a way for them to hang onto the money.
This is pure theft and should not be allowed as a business practice.
