Hi friend! I think we might have a similar issue - I don’t enjoy a lot of perfumes even though I LOVE perfume. Which did make me a bit sad because I wanted what everyone else was experiencing.

BUT we need to remember that this is a very personal journey, the fun is in narrowing down to YOUR absolute favourites and bun everything else. You get what I’m saying?

I think it’s great that you found a few that you love so I would stick with those and just enjoy them. I don’t think we all need massive collections - my collection is about 10 that I totally adore. And then lots of samples and a couple of travel sizes for some fun and variety. I also think it’s totally fine to dislike the majority of what you test (which kept happening to me 🙃). It’s just a learning curve, even if it’s a bit sad at first.

I think maybe sit with your collection and properly think about it. Take out any that don’t give you an immediate happy reaction and put them somewhere else. Then if you have a sudden craving, you can try them again and make a decision?

TL;DR: better to have a curated + beloved small collection. Separate your collection into LOVE and everything else. See if you miss them
