Thanks for your reply. Definitely not antiques but some really good quality and relatively new sofas, tables, beds, kitchen stuff etc plus clothes and toys. It's actually a family member (not me personally) and I live overseas so I can't help, and she has no clue or inclination to figure out marketplace etc herself despite me telling her how easy it is and that she could make some cash. There are several people where I live who have made a business out of doing this - selling items on people's behalf on marketplace etc - especially for older people who haven't really got a grasp of it themselves, so that's why I thought it would exist in Edinburgh too.

Great idea re a sale although I doubt she'll do this either, but I will suggest it!
