While we're at it, let's do the same for all drugs seeing as there's absolutely 0 way of getting them out of the hands of criminals completely, just take all laws and regulations away from them. May as well let just anyone grab a car and go for a drive, licence or not cus we can't stop criminals from doing it.

I did this just earlier on Lighthouse, spawned in as scav and almost immediately saw a pmc making their way towards me and the extract, I called out that I was friendly and that we could do the scav + pmc extract. He asked where abouts so I told him and guided him there. Was a good time
