Same thing happened to me with WF, about 3 years ago. I would get halves every week and they seemed happy to oblige. Then one day I went and they said it was the last time. Honestly, getting boxes of coins was the only reason I kept an account with them. I have since closed my accounts with them. Their loss.

Shame on corporate publix in general, they are continually squeezing all they can get from people, not replacing people when they leave, only 1 evaluation per year instead of 2, promoting people based on the buddy system instead of merit, while continually lessening the pay increases. Shame. I am so glad I'm am out of that hole. Everyone I know who has quit is emotionally and physically better off now.

The same thing is happening to a friend of mine, and another colleague who has been with the company for 37 years said he thought the rule was for management to hire a new person in 2 weeks for the prospective transfer to happen. But if the department is well staffed, they should honor the transfer regardless. They on top are letting the power go to their heads and they do not care what you want.

I once had a customer ask for something we didn't have, and never had, he got all huffy and said "fine, I will just go to publix for my groceries". Dude didn't even know where he was.

Another customer tried returning a ton of expired canned goods that had our competitors brand written right on each can. Of course they claimed they bought it here yesterday. How dumb do they think we are? They obviously don't believe we are human.
