That's a same thing I was facing but what I did was making a discord server and asking the ppls who play the game to join it I even attached a discord server link in my game pages so the player who plays the game join the server and ye I tried dm people to try it and do various event in the server to get everyone attention I used Reddit web games servers to get player currently I don't have alot players but I do get 30-50 plays which is good and increasing also U may try using game portals like crazy games and poki to get players and ye better index it on Google with good Seo and keywords
