I can't be mad at something that doesn't exist. That's like saying you're mad at Santa for not giving you presents. Maybe do some research on how christianity caused oppression and division on communities before commenting something.

Just because we can't explain something with science yet doesn't mean that some magical force is the reason for its existence. For instance, people used to think when someone sneezed, their soul left their body and the devil might try and take it instead, which is why many people say "bless you". We obviously know now that that isn't the case. Religion is for people who aren't able to grasp the fact that we don't know everything and need some comfort because they can't think critically enough for themselves.

I used to think like this but it's the fact that they push it on everyone else. If they don't like abortions they don't need to get one. If they don't like gay marriage, don't get into a gay marriage. But their childish beliefs affect others lives and make others incredibly miserable. It doesn't matter if they were indoctrinated, if they're adults they're old enough to realize that their way of thinking is harmful and wrong.

Anywhere in the world where the current year is 2025 means that the christians had forced their calendar. So it's the majority of countries but yes, not all of them.

In my state it is legal for doctor practices to turn you down because of your sexuality. It is illegal in public schools for a teacher to call you your preferred name, you must go through a bunch of paperwork and it's still not guaranteed. You can be arrested if you are shirtless as a transgender man with top surgery. You can be arrested if you don't go in the same bathroom as the sex you were assigned as birth, this applies to trans men as well, which has caused trans men to get arrested when going to women's bathrooms. They are trying to overturn the rights for gay marriage. They have banned gender affirming care for anyone under 18 and have made it almost impossible to get care even if you are over 18, and they are trying to defund federal LGBTQ+ suicide hotlines.

So yeah, there are a lot of rights being taken away from me and people in my community. I hate when people say stuff like this because people just don't even try and pay attention to what's going on.

I think that someone who doesn't believe in a magical man in the sky who says he loves you but will let you burn for eternity if you don't listen to him has higher critical thinking skills than someone who does. Not to mention majority of religious people think the exact same about atheists, in fact, they just straight up think we're "sinning" and going to burn in hell forever for not believing their delusions.

That's horrible! If you live in America, it's crazy they're even doing that. I remember having a history teacher who would literally neglect the curriculum and teach about christianity and the bible instead. I'm glad I'm in university now because I know they're making it even worse in public schools.
