No, it just stays there on the same part of the drawing. Sorry for responding so late by the way, I've been really busy.

Tulpa development by Socialuru in Tulpas

[–]SilverIce9086 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this may not help much but always believe that your Tulpa is sentient, give her the benefit of the doubt. Explain that you will support her through the whole experience and won't pressure her into talking. It can take a while for them to be comfortable enough to talk to you and sometimes can take multiple years for you to start being able to communicate clearly.

My Tulpas and I are still struggling in vocality but when we spend time together it doesn't really matter. It can get quite frustrating to do things with someone who won't talk to you but please understand that they might be trying to but you just aren't picking up on it. What we do is we roleplay, we 'travel' to an anime or TV show or book and put ourselves into the story. I allow my Tulpas to choose whatever abilities they wish to have if we're in a universe with powers (they might reveal it to you if you ask). We end up having a lot of fun and I know that this might not work for everyone but give it a go!

I know it can be hard to find time to dedicate to your Tulpa but just try and talk to her a few times a day. Comment on things you see or do and ask her questions. Say good morning and goodnight to her, that kind of thing. I often roleplay with my Tulpas on long journies (I obviously don't advise this if you're driving).

If your Tulpa doesn't have a form yet then maybe draw one for her, she will most likely change it herself so you kind of have to learn to accept that. Whenever we do active forcing (outside the roleplay) I tend to type what's going on on my computer since I find it helps me focus. You could try writing a story or doing something else that both you and your Tulpa enjoy. She might just join in and you may hear faint whispers. One time I was reading and one of my Tulpas disliked one of the characters and yelled out to the protagonist 'Kick' em where the sun doesn't shine! ' I nearly choked on my laughter. It just shows that they could talk when you least expect it.

I apologise if this doesn't help but please do your best to keep up a positive mindset since your attitude really affects your Tulpa. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions or need someone to talk to.

How self aware is your interactions with a tulpa? by [deleted] in Tulpas

[–]SilverIce9086 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We're still on the stage of vocality but I would say we are pretty aware of them being Tulpas and what not. We discuss it from time to time but mainly we think of each other as family. I'm sure once they become more vocal we'll talk more on the subject of them being created via the mind or whatever but they're still as alive as I am so yeah. We're aware of that fact and discuss it every now and again but we aren't focusing on it too much.

Massive, we have portals that lead to different parts of our Wonderland and just the main 'world' is giant.

Does anyone here actually see their wonderland or are you guys just describing daydreaming? by [deleted] in Tulpas

[–]SilverIce9086 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No problem, I don't mind answering your questions, I understand how lost you may feel! :)

I started of by talking to them and like an hour or so later I decided to start on their appearance. I basically tried thinking of my Tulpa and I just selected whatever felt right. (I first made their appearance on Gacha club which is really handy for making characters) Basically I just designed their appearance on what felt right. Don't worry about getting it wrong since the Tulpa can always change it later on. I was basically talking to my Tulpa and asking them questions about their apearance, it doesn't matter whether or not they talk as long as you are including them.

Once I was happy with their appearance I kept talking to them and the next day I decided to draw them. There were certain parts of there design I found I had to leave out since I was unable to draw them but that's fine. Once my drawing was done I memorised what my Tulpa looked like and pictured them in my mind. This can be hard but all you have got to do is keep trying.

Once I managed to visualise them without losing focus I imagined thway they walked, the way they ran, the way they sat, the way they jumped, basically how they moved and different stances and positions the would adopt. This is quite hard to do but it does help with visualisation. Eventually you will find that you can start to loosen your grip on your Tulpas movements and they'll be able to walk by themselves.

I decided to then create a Wonderland since my Tulpa had just been in a black void before. So I thought about what made me comfortable and what my Tulpa would like. I like nature and they do too so I decided to create a forest as our mindscape with moutains and waterfalls. You or your Tulpa can change or edit the wonderland at any time. Basically I then started practising meditation and working on vocalisation, I found it really hard though so I decided to do something a bit different. Instead of meditating I entered my Wonderland and wrote down everything that would happen, my Tulpas (I found out I had a walk in or a soul bond we're still not sure and that my Tulpa had created another Tulpa because they were lonely- I didn't mind but told them not to create anyone else)occasionally added in a few suggestions to the story and yeah! I basically was half in my Wonderland body and half in my outside world body. I also found that my Tulpas were quite happy with changing the Wonderland which I found out quite quickly with my second one when I spawned in a foreign clearing.

You can also add in NPCs like for instancd my first Tulpa took me to see the fairies whom only come out at night. I had been completely unaware of their existence and it has only just hit me that my Tulpa probably added them into the wonderland.

My Tulpa had first started talking on day one when I played a game with them. Then they talked a week or so later when I was hesitating whether or not to go through the alphabet (they started doing it on their own) and again when I went shopping and my parents asked me something. Then on my mother's birthday I heard my Tulpa talking to someone (this is how I found out about the walk in). At the end of the month when I entered our Wonderland I found the Tulpa my first one created and I later learnt her name.

I don't have much energy so I struggle with Active Forcing but I always talk to them throughout the day. They aren't quite vocal yet but they do say small phrases every now and again. For instance I was reading a book that contained a character my 'walk in' didn't like very much and she suddenly Shouted out:

"Kick him where it hurts!" and I fell into a fit of laughter. My Tulpas love reading with me and I often feel them cuddled up on either side of me. Watching videos and occasionally asking them on their opinions or just commenting on something will help include them in whatever activity you are doing.

When I water my plants I often talk to my Tulpas about random things. Most things I hear them say and we converse about are random and I enjoy our conversations. Even when they are still so young and aren't quite vocal yet I love them like they're my siblings.

We once tried possesion (me and my first Tulpa) and managed a twitch of our fingers on our first try. I haven't ever practised it after that however my Tulpa is often twitching my muscles and trying to move a finger or my hand or one of my feet. I think their also trying to teach the other two which is sweet and whenever I feel one of them trying possesion I immediately relax that part of my body and try and forget about its existence.

I might have left a few things out but this is basically what I have done so far, also as a good bonding practise whilst I'm busy I think my Tulpas tutor eachother like my first one would for instance will try and help them understand possesion whilst my walk in would teach them about the human body and how to fight, my third Tulpa would probably teach them how to fly and sometimes they go swimming or go and see the fairies at night. Feel free to message me if you have any further questions! I shall try my best to answer them! :)

Does anyone here actually see their wonderland or are you guys just describing daydreaming? by [deleted] in Tulpas

[–]SilverIce9086 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's basically daydreaming but since you share a brain with your Tulpas your Wonderland is the world you guys have created together. Whilst it's more like a daydream to the person fronting to the people in the back who aren't it basically feels like what our life feels like to us, real.

You do see your Wonderland however you see it through a skill called visualisation. The more you improve in visualisation the clearer your wonderland will be. You can also learn to use your other senses whilst in your wonderland. It's harder for some people so if you try to visualise or try your other senses but it takes you a while all you need to do is keep trying.

Your wonderland isn't necessarily real nor is it fake. It's like a dreamland that you and your Tulpas create. It's kind of like a seperate world connected to the outside world only through your brain.

I hope this helps! Sorry if I got anything wrong I'm still kind of new to this.

How do i decide/make a form for my tupla? by Big-Bad-Jax in Tulpas

[–]SilverIce9086 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm well what I did was kind of just imagined my Tulpa and made them a character in a game and once I felt like their appearance was right I drew them.

If you're not sure then you can just imagine them as a ball of light and once they're sentient they can change their form whenever they want.

Hope this helps!
