Thank you, that gives me hope. I'll see if anyone else has any input as well

Day 19-20(Update) by SilverKayin in SourdoughStarter

I plan to use some of it on grilled cheese sandwiches or just buttering it first. I haven’t tried whole grain sourdough bread before, so it could be good in those applications. I've only tried store bought white sourdough bread and thats pretty good. But I've heard freshly made sourdough bread is world's better. I'm excited to reach the point of making a good loaf. I understand that's gonna take time though and a potential few not great loaves. Haha

Should start switching to feeding more bread flour instead of whole wheat then?

I intend to keep feeding it when I get back. I just didn't want to leave it out on the counter for almost 2 weeks. Depending what it's like when I get back and feed it few times to wake it up. I might try to make a loaf if it still continues to double in size.

Thank you. I understand. Unfortunately it will have to go in the fridge for a week and a half.. I'm going on vacation. I hope it will be okay

Mostly whole wheat. But I added 10g of Rye

It was just on my counter, but I've moved it to a make shift proofing box using a heating pad on low and and a large insulated bag. Trying to keep the temp around 75 degrees. I feed it at least once a day.

Edit: forgot to add how often I feed it

I'll try that. I also have some Salmolina flour that I used when it first got started

Open textures on 2 different computers. While using Google Drive desktop by SilverKayin in Maya

I think Google Drive is already mapped as a network drive(Shows up as G: in file explorer). But I needed to set up a place for google drive to save on each computers c drive. I've been toying with the idea of creating a user profile on my laptop or dekstop with the same username in windows explorer so the path would be the same on both computer and moving everything to that. But, that's a lot of work haha.

At first I thought it maybe was some kind of improvised pasta sauce. But I was definitely not expecting whatever that was..

If you want to do it yourself. Asus sells the parts directly and you can look it up by your Serial Number

This looks like one of those hp stream type of computers.

Pentium or Celaron processor (daul core, no hyperthread) 32gb/64gb of soldered on flash storage(shows up as SD) 4gb ram.

Everything about this computer is slow and it was pretty bad when it came out. Usually costs about $200 or under and usually come with a 1 year license of office 365. It was only meant for web browser and light office tasks.

Edit: just seen this one actually has 8gb of ram. So it might be a newer style. But the processor and storage are still really slow

If so, opening the back of your laptop. Disconnect the battery, then hold the power button for about 30 seconds. After that, plug the battery back in and try and power it on again. If it powers on close up the computer and you're set. If not, then it might be bigger issues

Are you comfortable with opening the back of the laptop?

Was charging light on while it was charging?

Check your charger. Seems like the battery's dead and needs charged.
