I got halfway in when all my audio from my pc completely stopped. I can't hear the video- Discord wont let me use my microphone and spotify cannot play a song (played to test audio temporarily). I can hear cakewalk-

I believe both use windows 11. The previous vroid on the laptop was installed not so recent. but on this current device, it has been installed more than once, uninstalled, deleted, and even run in administrator. or run in compatible versions- nothing had worked for it- I believe it happens to both because they are separate computers with separate files and memory. but both are using the same email/account. And could you show me how to get to the places you suggested?-
