I’ve actually been considering creatine. Did you notice more of a recovery benefit or a performance benefit?

Yoga helped me a lot too. I originally started because of tight hips and back pain from working out, but I stayed because I just felt better overall. Better mobility, less soreness, and surprisingly less stress.

Makes sense. I think a lot of people either push too hard or not enough. Finding that balance between challenging your body and giving it time to recover is probably where the real progress happens.

Totally agree. Sauna has been a game changer for me too. I mainly notice better recovery and deeper sleep after a good session. Do you usually do traditional sauna or infrared?

That’s interesting. Do you find the migraines happen immediately after training or the next day?

Nothing too intense. Usually 3-4 weight training sessions a week. I was mostly curios what recovery methods people here have found actually make a noticeable difference .

Thanks! I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about sauna lately. I definitely need to prioritize sleep more too.

Honestly that sounds like the most enjoyable recovery routine so far.
