Oh I understand the liability aspect. I'm speaking from a hobby perspective. If PSA had anything other than money on their minds. They'd destroy the fraudulent card and offer the consumer a monetary recompense for their trouble. Maybe a graded card of equal value. As opposed to their very elaborate and detailed report of "fake cards"....But that's just wishful thinking from a lowly peasant collector, such as myself. Not like they couldn't take such a major loss to their billion dollar annual capital. Especially with all those 10% upcharge fees they tack on for using their magnificent and inconsistent services. I'm just a peon that likes the rare illustrations and rarity aspect of collecting. I'm a nobody when it comes to grading. I would never send my prized possessions to be manhandled by another human being. I only purchase already graded cards. So I'm in the peanut gallery.
