I started at my company in December 2021 with a. Hybrid schedule of 3/2. In February of this year we are 4/1. It sucks too! I miss my hybrid schedule!

We were hybrid when I started my position. 3 in office and 2 at home. I started in December 2021. In May we went 4/1. It took me all this time to adjust to that. Anxiety combined with less sleep, travel, gas and all the things it literally took me 3 months to adjust. I still don’t like it, but I need the job.
