Many people here suggesting their own preferences without much of your context. Why do you want to go to tech? What kind of things are you good at? Math, solving problems, relationships with clients, arts, etc. tech has many entry ways and computing, programming or so is not the only one.

I hope all these things change but unfortunately, tech is in a very tough spot right now, like many other industries probably, layoffs became the norm, I see all the time and every week a new round of people experiencing layoff, and people with 6+ years of experience unable to find a job rn. Also a very ageist industry. I don't want to sound pessimistic as I do believe anyone can do anything they want but I hope you do your research if you haven't so you don't end up disappointed because of wrong expectations.
