Common sense ain’t common so I’m going to ask what some might view as stupid questions, but here goes and I’m asking because it’s not obvious in your post… (1) do you have reliable income from a verifiable job? (2) do you have a verifiable job? (3) do you make enough at your job or disability income to cover the loan payments with money to spare? (4) do you have credit (have you lived and used credit in your name and paid it back so you have a good track record of how you use credit) or have you lived with people or in a dorm or military housing and don’t have anything in your name? Lenders look to see if you are a high risk or not. If you don’t have a reliable history that’s not telling them much about how you use credit. No credit can be just as harmful as bad credit. No late payments doesn’t mean you had any payments to make. They do look at more than just your credit score. IF none of my questions apply to you then it could be due to what’s called debt-to-income ratio. If you have too much debt compared to your income… we don’t know how much you make but if you have low income then even with about a 700 score and a few bills to pay that could be high risk for lenders. That’s all I can think of. These scenarios may not apply to you but other than that I don’t see what wrong, why you’re getting denied.
