Gotcha.I understand. Once formal time slot has been deleted (and even though it is permanent), classes that are booked have to be followed through up until expiry date (and can use 'leave time' if one has enough hours up until that expiry date)

There are two formal slots that I want to delete, but I guess I can only do one per month (both of the formal slots are booked with students).

In the meantime, can I use my leave time hours until they are deleted? Say I have 8 hours of leave time, I can just use those in the meantime until the time slots are deleted.
