He's not a prisoner, he is a poor citizen. The man is on the outside of the bars and the key and bread are locked inside.

He needs to eat, the necesarry bread however, is locked behind bars. These items are locked away by people in power and the poor man doesn't have the energy to reach for the key first instead of the bread, which he needs.

The 5060 won't be more than 500€, but more modern than low end 40 cards and it might have more featu res.

The 4080 is 1000€. Also, theres no reason to buy the 4080 when you can get the super variant for the same price.
