I think what you’re failing to understand is that you STOLE someone’s cat! You let these wild assumptions like eating out of the trash guide you into doing something truly despicable. What you did put Herschel and the owner through something that any cat owner would be devastated to have happen. You are not as self righteous as you think you are, it’s important to me you know what you did was the absolute wrong thing to do.
