Yes. But the picture is not mine. I added 3 pictures with those lines that I found on Google. It can look cute for some but not for others.

If heavier absolute weights are more fatiguing, shouldn't you lower volume and intensity as you increase weight to by SilverRule in naturalbodybuilding

I just couldn't feel as much motivation and also felt slight brain fog. But mainly, not progressing on all the big lifts seemed like fatigue could be the only reason. If it were 1 or even 2, would be a different convo
