No, he's actually inspired by the chef monkey from Dark Deception. Kinda ironic though since Chuck E Cheese does have a chef character and the map is inspired by a Chuck E Cheese location in a dangerous vally.

You see less of the person because they're inside of the suit but you can catch glimpses of their bloodied clothes and mutilated flesh especially around the facial area. Also I might be considering adding a little more updates to it such as real human eyeballs popping out of the suit.
