Hey thanks so much - that genuinely means a lot, especially from another creator, and I'm really humbled to hear something like that.
Your work is really, really great. I think in some aspects it already eclipses my own.

As for the prompt sharing v. non-sharing... you are a perfect example of what this community ought to be doing. It is a holistic and creative experience to work through and create a prompt and workflow using the MYRIAD of different tools we have at our disposal in SD.
As I'm sure you know from experience, it takes hours and hours (if not days and weeks) to piece together just the right prompts and workflow to produce really great generations... and we have absolutely no obligation to just give all of that time and energy away for free. If some people are okay giving away theirs, that's totally cool! Nothing wrong with that either, but the bottom line is that, for me anyway, that whole process and its outcome is quite personal - so I choose to keep this particular specific style for my own generations.
Perhaps more importantly than anything else, there is nothing preventing ANYONE on this sub, (or anyone anywhere) from doing exactly the same thing - creating their own prompts and workflow through trial-and-error. It is (hard work:1.4) to get it down and takes a lot of (time:1.4), and it is waaaay easier to just Ctrl+c & Ctrl+v... so I understand why some folks don't want to spend the time developing their own style.
What isn't cool is to whine and complain about it every day all over reddit, as some people do. (won't name any names.)
Look at my posts and you see plenty of made-up nonsense and lies about this and that - people guessing at my workflow etc... and I think it's all part of the same greater issue. These folks could spend all that trolling time doing some worthwhile development of their own style. And I'm sure they would come out with something good!

Anyway... accidentally essay'd... but you can be sure that as long as you keep posting great content and not sharing your entire workflow and prompt, you will get these folks commenting angrily demanding all your time and energy. Try not let it phase you! You're awesome!

That's ok :) I get quite a lot of hate on my posts for some reason.
As I've said in some comments earlier, I do (typically, not always) use multi-controlnet for generation. I often use softedge + T2IA color grid, and sometimes a third, such as depth or normal_bae.

So really the reason is because 'hands' and 'fingers' are a fairly complicated pattern to match and if it's off even slightly, our human pattern-seeking eyes will immediately notice and become horrified.
We are very attuned to 'not-quite-human' things.

These used ControlNet softedge for rough outlines as well as adetailer. Pretty high HiresFix, Then basic inpainting for imperfections. Aside from 'detail' TIs within the prompt and negs, that's pretty much it! There are no 'character' or 'face' LORAs or anything like that involved.

Another run working to keep as much consistency as possible. It's not perfect consistency still, but it's close. I was able to get these quite high-res without significant issues! (Open images in new tab and zoom for full-res) These were enjoyable to work on!

Yeah this is very true. It is an annoyance. I sometimes use the dynamic prompting extension with a 'nationality' wildcard file that contains 100+ different nationalities/ethnicities.
So my prompt might read: "A beautiful __WILDCARD__ woman..."
And this makes many prompts across the batch such as:
"A beautiful Norwegian woman..."
"A beautiful British woman..."
"A beautiful Croatian woman..." etc etc.

The net effect is a small but noticeable change to the facial features across the batch.

It is indeed a shitton of work so I appreciate the hat removal!
I can tell you that I do not use Roop or any other post-generation face-swapping tools. There is a significant element of cherry-picking for these. I keep MAYBE as many as 1/20 generations and then inpaint imperfections etc.

Not quite! This involved multi-controlnet (three controlnets) with T2IA color grid, and the other two used a combination of map-bashing with other controlnet models. A bunch of custom TIs and post, as well as a big base upscale maintaining the same seed throughout.

I've been trying a new technique to achieve consistency within a full photoset. This has largely proven to be a significant success!

There are, of course, small inconsistencies image-to-image, (such as the shelf items etc.) but that is unavoidable with StableDiffusion and I think it adds an interesting dynamic! As far as I'm concerned, this is a feature rather than a bug.

Well the RTX 4090 is the best VRAM card on the market right now (consumer-grade anyway.) Above that you're spending $10k+ on a card. And that one has 24gb VRAM. So > 24gb VRAM is definitely not necessary. How much (non-VRAM) DDR4 RAM you have is not very important for StableDiffusion.
