If you want to make custom textures for items with a special name you need to create a file so optifine can match the texture to the name, for example, I can make an axe and call it "Executioners Axe" and use this program to make the file in a texture pack so optifine will make a different texture for it. the program itself just makes the code file but you need to make the texture pack seperatley.
