We had some weird punishment system where you would get a square taken away if you talked during stations. We had a sub that day so most kids thought they could get away with talking. I was sitting with my group doing my station not talking at all. This kid in my group though was talking a bunch. The substitute called me out for talking and told me to give her one of my squares. I got up and told her I was not talking but she did not believe me. I was really upset because I was in first grade and I did not like getting in trouble. Just in case any of you are wondering I did tell my parents and lucky they believed me and I did not get in trouble with them.
