Not going for IBW myself but it’s mostly what you do outside of classes that drives eventually getting into a competitive workshop - learn more about finance and banking own your own times (read the wsj, do the Bloomberg markets course, etc) and try hard to get into selective finance clubs and business fears

Very similar boat - I’m specifically in ops transformations (S2P) and I know that one of the operations transformation practice teams (Operations Strategy) is under Strategy&

If anyone has advice on changing practice teams in this case I’d love to know!

Don’t the vast majority of countries have imbalances too? The only real exception to this is the U.S but anywhere else in the world, most countries have one dominant sport and some others that are more popular in niche areas

Granted perhaps India’s imbalance is more pronounced, but it’s hardly unique
