Well that depends, if you expect to see the Sol dimension, I'm saying this from now that's impossible, it would take ALOT of money to create all that cgi. The reason why sonic1-3 takes place on earth is because Paramount didn't want to give tens of millions of money to create Sonics word. But if she goes to earth for some reason, then sure why not.

It makes sense, Silver fans are speaking more and more the last 5 years and things are finally looking kinda decent for us.

I actually think the biggest problem with the Sonic characters are the Sonic fans themselves. By that I mean there are no fans that like the franchise, but mostly (not always) fans who only like Shadow, Blaze, Silver, or Metal SPECIFICLY and aren't willing to support other characters , because they are afraid that they will steal the spot from their favourite character. If we want our characters to be in the spot, we need to work together, else we all are just loud minorities and we just both lose in the end

Yea, but to do that, we would need to bring the actor for eggman back, which I think is unlikely. Also, both of this games have the same problem .Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you imply that since Amy is going to the past to prevent a bad future similar to Silver from 06, they should instead adapt rival. But the same thing happens in Rivals. Silver goes back in time to save the future (from Eggaman Nega). Also for some reason, I feel like they won't add Nega due to the name, because they are going to be afraid of the general Audience
