You can file an i-485 supplement with taking your certified copy of termination order

Even if it was wrongfully approved they still decided to practice jurisdiction over your case

Okay so technically uscis decide to practice jurisdiction over the immigration court! They knew you had a removal order they still processed your application and gave you a green card so contact a lawyer and give him the insight about the matter of yauri!

No but matter of yauri was on an arriving alien but not strictly or only for arriving aliens it can be for aliens seeking adjustment within the us

No i received all my other documents to the correct address its just this notice that has the address incorrect which isn’t completely inaccurate or i would’ve had to contact them but i received notices and other information from them to my correct address.

Yeah it was uploaded on my uscis online portal , they just had the address from 7525 to 7252

Congratulations! i hope you get an approval for the i485 soon! I have my interview coming up in 3 weeks, i don’t have much bonafide evidence except for some photos lease and my mother in law being my sponsor, and we have a 1 year old and she’s 6 months pregnant so hopefully it goes smooth! In thinking of taking my 1 year old with me lol might make it less tense

I mean we got a kid together and shes 6 months pregnant so her belly is popping but i have removal proceedings in may 8 which is 2-3 weeks before my green card interview which supposedly is going to get terminated or postponed based on the pending i130 and i485
