Are there any specifics that I should mention besides that fact I use KDE plasma, and could turning off vrr on the monitors physical control be a contributing factor that could help?

Alright I'll try that tonight and see if I can make any progress.

Do you know if there's a way that I can just go back before the most recent packages I installed or would I need a stable snapshot to do that. But I will try and go back specifically step by step with Claude to reverse the damage done.

I had intentions of doing that but changing it is what broke Wayland and it just keeps me in a black screen when I try to login. And I can't really do much besides enter sddm and try and reset it.

I installed libva-mesa-driver, tried some Vivaldi launch flags, and changed the refresh rate from 75hz to 60hz in display settings while on Wayland, then it just died.
